Lyastone orders are prepared and dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Unless a product page states otherwise, orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Carrier transit times begin after dispatch and may vary by destination, public holidays and network delays.

Australia

• Standard AU Shipping — A$10: available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below A$75.
• Free Standard AU Shipping: available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is A$75 or more.
• Express AU Shipping — A$15: available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST on a business day are eligible for same-day dispatch; orders placed later may be dispatched on the next business day.

New Zealand

• Standard NZ Shipping — A$10: available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below A$75.
• Free Standard NZ Shipping: available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is A$75 or more.

New Zealand orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Carrier transit time is additional.

Other international destinations

Standard international shipping is A$20 to supported destinations shown at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery country and the products in the order; not every destination is currently supported.

How the A$75 free-shipping threshold is calculated

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after product and order discounts, before shipping charges. For example, if a discount reduces an A$79 item to A$71.10, the cart is below the A$75 threshold and the applicable standard shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Tracking, delays and address details

• When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent after the parcel is dispatched.
• Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, peak periods, customs processing and regional service interruptions can extend delivery times.
• Please check the delivery address before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
• If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.

International duties and taxes

Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may also delay delivery.
