30-day change-of-mind returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Lyastone. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom, personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Gift cards.

These exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not limit your rights when an item is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a fault, email lyastoneau@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue and 2–4 clear photographs.

We will assess the item and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. If the claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable return delivery costs. Original packaging is not required to make a claim for a faulty item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For an eligible change-of-mind item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
