Returns & Warranty  

At Lyastone Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of every piece.  

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.  

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.  

To start a return, please contact us at lyastoneau@outlook.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.  

Warranty  
Our Lab-Grown Diamond pieces come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.  

For other jewellery items, we provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.  

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.  

Non-returnable items  
- Earrings (unless faulty)  
- Custom or personalised items  
- Sale items and gift cards  

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
