Shipping & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Australia & New Zealand
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of A$75 or more.
- Standard Shipping: A$10 for orders under A$75.
- Express Shipping within Australia: A$15.
Dispatch Times
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Express orders: Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch time refers to the time before your parcel leaves our Sydney location. Carrier delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.
Complimentary Travel Package
Orders over A$75 include one complimentary Lyastone travel package.
International Shipping
For destinations outside Australia and New Zealand, Standard International Shipping is A$20. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Duties, taxes and other import charges are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs authority for guidance.
