Daily care

  • Put jewellery on after skincare/perfume/hairspray; take it off before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning.
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and sanitiser where possible.
  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch/box to prevent scratches and tangling.

At-home cleaning

  • Soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 10–20 minutes.
  • Gently brush with a soft toothbrush (focus on crevices), rinse well, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Product Warranty

We provide limited cover for manufacturing faults. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or improper care. If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.
